Exoconnect vs Wati, AiSensy and Interakt

Wati, AiSensy and Interakt are WhatsApp tools popular with businesses in India. Exoconnect covers WhatsApp too, alongside Instagram and Facebook, and puts one inbox, broadcasts, templates, groups, comment automations, publishing, contacts, forms and AI in one plan.

In short: Exoconnect has a free plan with WhatsApp, paid plans from $5 a month with no quarterly or yearly commitment, unlimited automations on every plan, and no per-message charges of its own.

Their prices below come from their own pricing pages, read on 29 October 2026: Wati, AiSensy and Interakt. We give each price in the currency its page uses, per month, and don’t convert. Interakt adds taxes to its prices; Wati’s and AiSensy’s plan prices don’t say whether GST is included. Exoconnect’s prices are in US dollars, on our pricing page.

An Exoconnect automation run counts only when it sends a public reply or a private message. Runs that send nothing are free.

WhatsApp message charges

Meta charges businesses for some WhatsApp messages, such as marketing templates.

• Exoconnect doesn’t charge per message. Meta bills your business at its own rates, separate from your plan.
• Wati charges from its own rate card. On Growth in India: ₹1.0357 for a marketing message, ₹0.1495 for utility and authentication, and ₹0.138 for service messages after 1,000 free a month. Pro and Business get a discount on it.
• AiSensy lists ₹1.09 for a marketing message and ₹0.145 for utility, authentication and service, with 1,000 free service messages a month per number.
• Interakt lists, on Growth, ₹0.958 for marketing, ₹0.150 for utility and ₹0.128 for authentication and service after 1,000 free a month. Enterprise has “No Templates Markups”.

Team members

Exoconnect Team is $25 a seat a month, and a seat is one member or one pending invitation. For that you get:

• $20 of AI usage per seat, pooled across the team, for Exi and the rest of Exoconnect’s AI.
• A workspace for each brand or client, each with its own 50,000 contacts, 10 accounts and 100,000 automation runs a month.
• Roles you define, per person and per workspace, so someone on support can answer chats without touching billing or connections.
• A full history of every action, including what automations and AI agents did, and who did it.
• Who spent how much of the shared AI usage, on which kinds of tasks.
• AI agents that follow each person’s role: a teammate’s Exi or connected agent can only do what that teammate can.
• Notifications you route: admins choose who hears about what, and search only shows each person what they may see.

The others:

• Wati: Growth includes 3 users and can’t add more; Pro and Business include 5, with extra users at ₹1,299 and ₹2,199 a month.
• AiSensy: Basic includes the owner and 5 agent logins; each extra agent is ₹750 a month plus GST.
• Interakt: unlimited agents from Growth; Starter has the owner only.
