What is Exoconnect? A quick tour

Exoconnect is one workspace for your Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. You publish posts, answer every comment and message, keep your contacts, run automations, and hand work to AI agents, all from one place instead of five tabs.

Who it’s for

• Creators and small businesses who run their own accounts and want comments and messages answered fast.
• Teams and agencies who run accounts for several brands, with roles for each person and a record of who did what.
• People who already work with AI, in Claude, ChatGPT or another agent, and want it to run their social media with them.

The channels

Exoconnect works with Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp. You connect each account once, and you can reconnect or disconnect it at any time. WhatsApp runs on Meta’s official WhatsApp Business Platform.

Exoconnect doesn’t post to LinkedIn, X, TikTok or YouTube today.

Publishing

Write a post once and publish it to any of your connected Instagram accounts and Facebook Pages, now or at a time you choose.

• Instagram: images, Reels, carousels of images and videos, and Stories.
• Facebook: text and link posts, photos, several photos, videos, Reels and Stories.

Each account gets its own result, so if a post goes to three accounts you see exactly which ones published. A scheduled post can be cancelled until it goes out.

One inbox

Every conversation, from all three apps, in one list: Instagram messages, Messenger, and WhatsApp chats and groups.

• Reply to messages without leaving the list.
• Keep the posts where other accounts @mention your Instagram account.
• Comments live with your posts: under Posts, All comments shows every comment for an account. Reply there, or hide and show Instagram and Facebook comments.
• On WhatsApp, reply with files or with message templates Meta has approved, and read your WhatsApp groups alongside your chats.

WhatsApp

Beyond the inbox, Exoconnect manages the parts of WhatsApp a business needs:

• Templates: create message templates, send them for Meta’s approval, and edit them.
• Groups: create groups, share invite links, accept join requests, pin messages and follow activity.

Contacts

The people who talk to you become contacts. Tag them, link a person’s Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp to one contact, and read their whole history on a timeline. When someone asks to be forgotten, you can erase a contact and everything stored about them.

Forms

Build a form, publish it on its own page, and share the link. Each verified submission feeds your contacts. When a response matches two contacts, you choose which one it belongs to.

Automations

Recipes answer comments for you, with no code. A recipe watches the accounts and posts you pick, and replies when a comment matches:

• By words, like “price” or “link”, or by meaning, like “people who ask where to buy”. Matching by meaning is on every paid plan, from Starter.
• With a public reply, a private message with up to three buttons or a file, or both.
• Optionally after a wait, from 15 minutes to 12 hours, so your team can answer first. If someone did, the recipe stays quiet.

For anything a recipe can’t express, ask Exi or your own AI agent for an automation. Say what should happen in your own words. The agent writes it, tries it on a real or made-up comment, and by default asks you before switching it on. Exoconnect checks every automation before it can run, and records each run so you can see what it did.

Exi, the AI assistant

Exi is an AI agent that works inside your workspace. Ask it to draft posts, answer people, capture leads, or review how your accounts are growing against your competitors. It works with your workspace’s files, media and tools.

You stay in charge. You choose what Exi may do on its own, and anything that reaches the outside world, like a post or a reply, can wait as a draft until you approve it.

Exi is included from the Starter plan, with your own AI key, and Pro includes $20 of AI usage every month.

Your own AI agents, through MCP

Already use Claude, ChatGPT, Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, VS Code or Gemini CLI? Connect it to Exoconnect and it can work in your workspace with your permissions. It uses MCP (the Model Context Protocol), the open standard these agents use to work with other apps.

• You sign in and approve the agent; there’s no key to copy.
• For each agent, you choose what it may do on its own and what must wait for your approval.
• Every action it takes is recorded in your workspace’s history.

Insights

Account numbers, every post’s and Reel’s numbers, your Instagram audience by country, age and gender, and conversation numbers, collected every day. Through Exi or your own agent you can also research Instagram accounts and competitors by keyword.

Search and notifications

Search across your whole workspace from one search box; it only shows what you’re allowed to see. Notifications tell you what needs you, in the app and as push notifications, and team admins can choose who gets which.

Teams and trust

• Workspaces: one for each brand or client, each with its own members.
• Roles: give each person exactly the permissions they need, per workspace.
• History: every action in a workspace is recorded, including what automations and agents did.
• Usage: see who spent how much of the team’s AI credits, and on which kinds of tasks.
• Your account: sign-in with multi-factor authentication, a list of your signed-in devices, and sign-in alerts.

• Starter, $5 a month: more room, and Exi with your own AI key.
